Here's what's left to launch.

The database is scraped, cleaned, and loaded. The booking calendar is live. Below is the plain checklist of everything remaining before the first text goes out, and exactly who owns each step. Tick items off as they get done, they save automatically.

A2P texting registration is approved

Cleared Texting unlocked

US phone carriers will not deliver a business text until the business is registered (called A2P 10DLC, a Brand plus a Campaign). Both are now approved. Filed July 10 through LeadConnector inside GoHighLevel (Low Volume Standard) and cleared by July 14. This was the one thing holding back texts, and it is done. All textable contacts can now be reached by SMS.

Approved, not yet proven. No test text has been sent through the account yet. The carriers have authorized it, so the first real send is also the first delivery test.

Launch the outreach sequence, email and SMS

RecFocus builds Next up

With A2P approved, both channels are open. That means email-ready contacts and textable contacts can be worked together instead of email alone. We design the sequence, you approve the messaging, it goes out. This is now the only thing standing between the built engine and the first booked call.

Fix Gail Saunders' email in GoHighLevel

RecFocus fixes One minute

Her user record has a typo (cre8gs202r instead of cre8gs2025). Her login invite and calendar link go to that address, so this has to be corrected before she can connect her calendar. RecFocus handles it in the browser.

Six participants each connect their own calendar

Each participant Waiting on team

For the round robin to know when everyone is free, each of the six people signs into GoHighLevel as themselves and connects their Google calendar. Nobody can do this for them, it is a personal, secure grant per person. We can watch the connections light up as they finish.

Roster: Andre, Carmen Ortiz, Jodi Rodriguez, Richard Hannah, Gail Saunders, Kim Montgomery. Fix Gail's email first, then send all six the connect link.

Set the booking meeting type to Phone

RecFocus fixes One minute

The round robin is set for 30 minute slots, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. The one setting left is choosing Phone as the meeting type so booked calls show a call, not a location. RecFocus sets it in the calendar screen.

Recover leads that came back empty

RecFocus, optional Growth

Of the Monster leads with no contact info, were marked "revealed" but returned blank, likely a scrape hiccup, not real dead ends. Re-pulling those profiles could recover more phone numbers and grow the textable list. Now that texting is approved, every number recovered here is a contact that can actually be reached.
